Lodgepath provides property feasibility information to Australian homeowners. Our Services include:
- Accepting property address submissions via our website
- Preparing feasibility snapshots based on publicly available planning data
- Delivering feasibility snapshots to you via email
Our Services are currently available for properties located within Melbourne metropolitan council areas, with plans to expand to other Australian capital cities.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
4. Your Account and Submissions
When you submit a property address and email through our website, you agree that:
- The information you provide is accurate and complete
- You have a legitimate interest in the property you are enquiring about (for example, you are the owner, a prospective buyer, or are acting on behalf of the owner)
- You consent to receiving emails from us related to your submission
- You will not submit false, misleading, or spam submissions
- You will not use automated tools or bots to submit multiple requests
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any submission at our discretion.
5. Feasibility Snapshots — Important Disclaimers
This is the most important section of these Terms. Please read it carefully.
Our feasibility snapshots are provided for general information purposes only. They are:
- Not professional planning advice. Our snapshots are based on publicly available data and general planning rules. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified town planner, surveyor, architect, or lawyer.
- Not a property valuation. Any estimated values, comparable sales, or development potential figures included in our snapshots are indicative only and should not be relied upon for financial decisions.
- Not a guarantee of development approval. The fact that a site may appear feasible for development based on zoning and planning rules does not guarantee that a planning permit will be granted. Council assessment involves many factors beyond those covered in our snapshots.
- Based on data available at the time. Planning rules, zoning maps, and council policies change. Our snapshots reflect the data available at the time of preparation and may not reflect recent changes.
- Indicative only. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that the information in our snapshots is complete, current, or error-free.
You should always engage a qualified professional before making any decisions about property development, subdivision, or rezoning.
6. Pricing and Payment
Our feasibility snapshots are currently offered free of charge during our launch period. We reserve the right to introduce fees for our Services at any time. If we do, we will notify you before any charges apply and you will have the opportunity to decide whether to proceed.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Lodgepath or our licensors and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent.
Your submission of a property address does not grant us any ownership rights over your property or personal information beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law:
- Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our Services is limited to the amount you have paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

- Any inaccuracy in the information you provide to us

If we connect you with town planners, developers, or other professionals, we do so as a referral only. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or outcome of any services they provide to you.
